Puerto Vallarta International airport has just two terminal and one exit for international flights customers. Our representative staff will be waiting for you with a sign at the exit of the international arrivals hall, please look for them, they has a service order with all your information service such as your name, flight info and date. Do not allow any other person who is not able to show you the work papers to mislead you to a different company.
Please beware of people offering transportation and tours at the airport, or asking for your resort destinationthey will say that they are waiting for you and they are usually trying to sell you time share; they may even offer diferrent services for free just to hook you up. (posible to see your hotel logo, but they are sales agents)
When you are booked with PVShuttles.com, a driver is waiting for you with his vehicule in the parking lot as close as posible to walk as less posible with your luggage, we guarantee our service through up-to-date official licenced papers, insurance, tour guide certification and customer service.

Booking Policy
All reservations for transportation must be requested with at least 24 hours prior to your arrival or day of service. We cannot guarantee a service with less than 24 hours notice.
All tour reservations must be confirmed with payment in advance, with at least 24 hours notice.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made with 72 hours or more prior to the day of service a cancellation fee of 20% of the total amount paid will be charge in the refund paiment.
Cancellations made with less than 72 hours will incur in a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount paid. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours of the service, or ¨no show¨ there is a not refund.
